When we drill a well in a village, we are not only bringing water to a community without a clean source, we are also creating opportunities for people to “be glad in the LORD and rejoice” (Psalm 32:11) and for God to work in mighty ways.
For $10,000 we can drill a village well to quench their physical thirst and also satisfy their spiritual thirst for the Gospel. “Whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life”
(John 4:14).
