Vietnam Typhoons
Back-to-back storms have left families across Vietnam reeling. Samaritan’s Purse is on the ground bringing urgent relief and the hope of Jesus Christ to those who have lost everything.
After Typhoon Wipha and Typhoon Kajiki struck within weeks, our teams have reached nearly 2,000 families with food, blankets, mosquito nets, and hygiene supplies. Many, like Tam, a mother of three, watched their homes wash away:
“Our family was already very poor, and now we don’t even have a home to live in. This gift is truly essential for my family.”

Nearly 10,000 families in Vietnam have now been helped in Jesus’ Name across the five Typhoons Samaritan’s Purse has responded to in 2025.
