NSW Mid North Coast Floods
Supporting Flood-Devastated NSW Mid North Coast in Jesus’ Name
Flooding at unprecedented levels has inundated towns and left residents stranded in the Mid North Coast and Hunter region of New South Wales, with parts of Taree, Wingham and Glenthorne of most concern.
A massive rescue operation is currently underway amid record flooding on the New South Wales Mid North Coast.
The Manning River is flooding at a level never seen before at Taree, surpassing the 1929 record and is still rising.
Samaritan’s Purse stands ready to respond to needs created by the flooding, helping in Jesus’ Name. Volunteers in the Mid North Coast are currently assessing damage and awaiting all clear from emergency services to enter flood-affected areas.
